Summary
Amends the
Higher Education Support Act 2003
to: enable former permanent humanitarian visa holders who transition to a resident return visa to retain their eligibility for Higher Education Loan Program assistance; and make minor and technical amendments; and
Education Services for Overseas Students Act 2000
to: clarify and extend the application of the Act to former registered providers; and make minor and technical amendments.
